Discover the practice of stagment and moving cupping therapy, which involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. This technique helps increase blood flow, reduce inflammation, and alleviate pain. Many patients find it beneficial for muscle recovery, relaxation, pain management and lymphatic drainage. This modality is incorporated into an RMT massage.​

Gua Sha, is a soft-tissue mobilization technique that involves scraping the skin as a tool assisted treatment.

Indie head massage, as practiced by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), is a therapy that focuses on the head, scalp, face, jaw, neck, and shoulders. This traditional Ayurvedic technique evolved to be part of an RMTs scope of practice to relieve tension and promote relaxation, making it a powerful tool for stress relief and overall well-being. By incorporating specific strokes an RMT can tailor the treatment to address issues like headaches, TMJ, neck stiffness, or mental fatigue. Beyond physical benefits, Indie head massage also supports emotional balance by calming the nervous system and aligning with an RMTs approach to health.
